Our Preschool & Kindergarten Readiness Assessment is designed to identify your child’s current developmental and early learning skills. The assessment helps determine strengths, areas for growth, and the next steps to support school readiness.

Whether your child is preparing for preschool, kindergarten, or simply needs extra support, this individualized assessment provides valuable information to help your child succeed.

What We Assess

During the assessment, your child may be evaluated in the following areas:

● Letter recognition

● Number recognition

● Counting skills

● Colors and shapes

● Fine motor development

● Pencil grip and pre-writing skills

● Name recognition and writing

● Matching and sorting

● Following directions

● Listening and attention skills

● Early literacy skills

● Early math concepts

● Classroom readiness

● Social interaction and play skills

Each assessment is tailored to your child’s developmental level.

What You’ll Receive

After the assessment, you will receive:

● A personalized assessment summary

● An overview of your child’s strengths

● Areas that may benefit from additional support

● Recommendations for home activities and learning goals

● Suggested next steps, if appropriate

The written assessment summary is typically provided within 1–2 business days.

Parent Information

A parent or legal guardian must remain on site for the entire appointment.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

If you have previous evaluations, IEPs, therapy reports, or school records, you are welcome to bring them. These documents are optional but can provide helpful background information.
